With China’s all-round and multi-angle transformation from a big country to a strong country,rural areas,as the focus of China’s development and construction,are the top priority to improve the level of modern economic and financial development.The construction of rural credit system,as a necessary condition for rural revitalization,is the remedy to solve the current predicament.However,due to the profit-seeking characteristics of the financial system itself,financial institutions are difficult to get rid of their inherent profit-seeking,and thus it is difficult to serve the real economy in a timely and effective manner.In this regard,Anhui Province proposes the construction of credit villages led by party construction to solve this dilemma.By giving full play to the leading role of Party construction,let the Party construction lead the construction of credit villages,improve the ability of finance to support agriculture and small areas,and achieve rural revitalization.This paper chooses the construction of credit villages led by Party construction in Anhui Province as the case study object,through a comprehensive analysis of the development status of the construction of credit villages led by Party construction,to understand the advantages brought by party construction in each stage of the construction of credit villages and some problems and shortcomings found in the process of credit construction.And with "5C element analysis method" as the theoretical guidance,in-depth analysis of the influence of party construction leading to the formation of the advantages of credit rating evaluation system.Embodied in accordance with the relevant documents analysis in the construction of the party leading the credit village and the corresponding weights are at all levels of credit rating system,and draw lessons from the domestic scholars research on peasant household credit assessment and the personal credit rating evaluation index system of commercial Banks,credit cooperatives farmers credit rating evaluation index determined by analytic hierarchy process and empowerment,Construct the peasant household credit rating evaluation system of credit cooperative.On this basis,a comparative analysis of the party construction led by the construction of credit villages and credit cooperatives credit rating evaluation system.On the one hand,according to the credit grade evaluation related theory concerning the credit rating evaluation index system of theoretical analysis,from the credit rating evaluation index system and weight distribution of two aspects of analysis of the advantage of party leading,on the other hand,the specific case in farmers and validation of the party leading the credit village peasant household credit rating evaluation system of the construction of the advanced nature,Through the actual peasant household case data to evaluate its effect,from the change of credit rating results to analyze the advantages of party construction leading in the credit rating evaluation system.Finally,according to the content of this paper,the enlightenment obtained in the research and the prospect of the future are summarized.On the one hand,we should broaden the application channels of credit results,improve the big data system of credit rating,build an efficient and applicable basic platform,realize the connectivity of data on various platforms,and dynamically adjust the database.On the other hand,enrich the application of credit results,optimize the resource flow mechanism,give full play to the leading role of Party building,promote the transformation efficiency of "information-credit-credit",transform the red advantage of Party building into the advantage of credit village construction,and transform the achievements of Party building into the achievements of credit village construction.Lay a good foundation for the application of peasant household credit rating results in the whole platform of China in the future.This will help give full play to the propaganda,organization and service functions of grassroots Party organizations in the process of party building leading the construction of credit villages,promote the deep integration of Party building and financial services,deepen the financial services of credit villages,and help rural revitalization.
