With China’s rapid economic development, the social economic indicators have improved, there is the credit risk has been paid more and more attention, so the credit evaluation of an enterprise has become an important method and means to improve the investment ability of credit risk management method and means to improve the investment ability of credit risk management. Different standards in different business sector makes the credit rating to be used, not before, so as to improve the accuracy of credit rating.By analyzing the characteristics of the credit risk index related concept, the definition of highway industry, China’s highway industry and credit, put forward suitable for Expressway enterprises of our country’s credit rating index system, and use AHP on this basis (analytic hierarchy process) of the rating indexes give weight to obtain credit rating model. Finally, through empirical evaluation on expressway company has publicly issued bonds in the bond market, the model is proved to be applicable.Based on previous research, some innovative research, mainly reflected in:(1) before the commercial banks and rating agencies in the assessment of the measurement of credit risk to the enterprise when many pay to attention to evaluate the factors of the characteristics of expressway industry, division index system suitable for the industry, the researches of credit risk to the highway industry; (2) the previous empirical analysis on the credit rating to the listing Corporation as the analysis subject, to ST as the default sample, while this article through public bonds in the bond in the bond market of enterprises as the main body of research, but also has a practical sighificance.
