| State Post Bureau of People’s Republic of China,National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China jointly issued by the party in the "difference" the postal service development planning of the express industry in China is put forward in the development of high quality goals and objectives,to build with the power to develop science and technology innovation,efficient and convenient domestic deliver logistics service system,to foster globally competitive modern logistics enterprise.At present our country enterprise competition means homogeneous industry,competition is intense,in order to realize the goal of the express industry in the development of high quality,domestic express business needs to change to traditional labor intensive and capital intensive strategic thinking,use of intellectual capital to build enterprise’s core competitiveness,breakthrough industry homogeneity serious dilemma.This paper chooses SF Holding,the leading enterprise in the domestic express industry,as a case study.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying relevant research literature and theoretical concepts at home and abroad,combining resource-based theory,new economic growth theory,dynamic capability theory and stakeholder theory,the influence mechanism of intellectual capital on enterprise value creation is analyzed.Secondly,the paper introduced the development of China’s express industry and motion controlling and the status quo,with suitable abundant holdings since listing in 2016-2020 annual financial report and social responsibility as the foundation,using the method of key indicators,respectively from the perspectives of the three elements of intellectual capital motion controlling current situation of the development of intellectual capital and its mechanism and the effect to the enterprise value creation.Finally,the paper evaluates the overall value creation effect of intellectual capital from the financial and market levels,selects Tobin’S Q value and economic added value as the evaluation indexes of the overall value creation effect of SF Holding Intellectual capital,qualitatively evaluates the problems existing in the development and management process of enterprise intellectual capital,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,in terms of the evaluation of intellectual capital elements,human capital carries out technological innovation through the accumulation of knowledge and technology,and technological innovation promotes SF Holding to open up new business areas so as to expand market scale and achieve value creation;In terms of operation management and internal control,structured capital enables SF Holding to improve operation efficiency so as to create value by reducing cost and increasing efficiency.Relationship capital makes THE relationship between SF Holding and investors,customers and value chain closer and enhances the market competitiveness of SF Holding.The second is the overall evaluation of intellectual capital: through the mutual verification between Tobin’s Q value at the market level and economic value added at the financial level,it is concluded that the value creation of SF Holding has been rising in recent years and the development and management of its intellectual capital has a positive effect on the value creation of enterprises.This paper argues that the strategic management of high quality development of express delivery enterprises should focus on intellectual capital,especially human capital,and constantly deepen technological innovation.Meanwhile,they should also focus on developing foreign markets,providing reference for the high quality development of express logistics enterprises and realizing the national 14 th Five-year development plan. |
