Then, analyze the reality of the situation of intellectual capital of listed company affect the value creation ability. Take the manufacturing listed companies and information technology industry listed companies as research samples, Choose appropriate intellectual capital and value creation ability variables, hypothesized and build the model, through the empirical analysis proves that the investment of elements of intellectual capital can promote the enterprise value creation ability. According to the result of empirical analysis, put forward the corresponding suggestion, encourage enterprises to better manage and exploit intellectual capital and improve enterprise value creation ability.This paper found that the intellectual capital and its constituent elements of manufacturing and information technology listed companies have positive influence on value creation ability, but the influence are different.
