| Facing the great changes in the automotive industry that have not been seen in a century,as a traditional automobile manufacturing factory,Z company lacks significant innovation and vitality in internal operation and management due to the constraints of management mechanism.At the same time,Z company’s production capacity has increased by 60% in recent years,but the vehicle output has decreased due to its weak product competitiveness,and the pressure on the company’s operating cost has increased sharply.It is urgent to explore the innovation and reform of management mode.This thesis takes Z company as the research object.Facing the fierce external competitive market,the weak points of Z company include the continuing rising cost,the narrowed income channel and the deficient innovation power The research shows that it is necessary and feasible to introduce amoeba model and reduce the accounting unit to improve the business situation of Z company.The research shows that Z company should combine the traditional practice of amoeba business model with the characteristics of vehicle manufacturing enterprises to divide the internal business entities of the company.Put forward three business contracting modes of regional business entity,project business entity and independent business entity.Regional business entities are divided according to the scope of production and operation business.The heads of departments are the heads of regional business entities,who are responsible for the responsibility contracting of various resources within their jurisdiction.The project management body is constructed based on the effective utilization of the company’s static resources,while the independent management bodies formed with the innovation ability of employees as the core.While dividing the business entities,it constructs the internal transaction process,income accounting standard and evaluation incentive rules of amoeba.In order to ensure the steady progress of amoeba business model,this thesis analyzes and studies the establishment of special institutions,planning and implementation path,personnel guarantee,information guarantee and system guarantee,and establishes the amoeba business talent evaluation model from the four dimensions of business performance,market thinking,business ability and struggle spirit.Through questionnaires and interviews,this thesis studies the business situation of Z company after the introduction of amoeba business model.The study found that compared with that before the introduction of amoeba model,the single manufacturing cost of Z company decreased by 22%,and the operating income of amoeba increased by 2.6 times.At the same time,due to the full introduction of this model,the market-oriented thinking of employees at all levels has been greatly improved,and the operating efficiency of internal OA process has been improved by 70%. |
