| During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,it is the stage of rapid development of new urbanization in Z City,and it is also the core stage of Z City’s demonstrated project of creating a "Public Transport City".The Public Transportation Limited Liability Company of Z city,as the main body of the public transportation city of Z city,has welcomed the important strategic opportunity period.In order to meet the people’s growing demand for public transport,Z City public transport company has made great efforts to develop public transport passenger transport business,and has achieved positive results in online network,vehicles,stations,services and management.However,at the same time,there are also some issues with the daily operation of enterprises.Facing the fierce competition in the company’s transportation market,how to further optimize and improve the operation strategy,enable the enterprise to further expand its market share and win development in the urban public transport passenger transport market is the problem that public transport enterprises need to solve at present.This paper takes the Z city bus company as the research object,on the premise of fully referring to domestic and foreign scholars,on the purpose of optimizing the operation strategy,taking the theory of customer perceived value as the theoretical basis,and proceeding in accordance with the idea of proposing,analyzing and solving problems.First of all,asking questions,introducing why it is necessary to optimize and improve the operation strategy of this enterprise and the significance of the research,and drawing on the theory of customer perceived value,externality theory,and stakeholder theory to provide a theoretical basis for the research on operation strategy optimization of Z city bus Company.Secondly,analyzing the problems,and obtaining detailed information by referring to relevant literature and field investigation,analyzing the existing problems in the current operation of the company.Lastly,proposing corresponding optimization strategies and safeguard measures for the problems. |
