Research On The Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Passion To Entrepreneurial Behavior

In the emerging economic transformation,technological innovation,industrial clusters,economic fluctuations and other intricate forces are influencing the process of quality development in our country.As the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship rolls in,entrepreneurs/teams,founders of new venture,etc.,surge in business models,product service innovation and new industries,and just as many entrepreneurs falter and sink.In the context of Chinese economic transformation,entrepreneurs have to bear a lot of pressure emotionally and psychologically on the one hand,and on the other hand it is difficult to have enough capital,software and hardware,technology,etc.and other resources which suitable for internal development.Therefore,entrepreneurs should face entrepreneurial activities with an optimistic and positive attitude and the belief of daring to fight.In particular,be adept at taking advantage of unmissable opportunities or solving entirely new problems to rebuild existing or available resources within the organization.Based on this,this thesis incorporates self-efficacy and entrepreneurial bricolage into the study,combining relevant theories and entrepreneurial practices to explore the relationship among entrepreneurial passion,self-efficacy,entrepreneurial bricolage,entrepreneurial behavior.This thesis mainly reviews the related researches on entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial behavior,self-efficacy,and entrepreneurial bricolage,and then expounds the emotional event theory and ternary interaction theory that support this research,and then explores the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial behavior,and introduces two mediating variables,self-efficacy and entrepreneurial bricolage,and then proposes the research hypothesis and model of this thesis.To test the research hypothesis,a questionnaire was distributed to the entrepreneurs/teams and a total of 303 valid data were collected.Then use SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 to process and analyze the recovered data,and get the conclusion: Entrepreneurial passion has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy,entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial behavior;Self-efficacy has a positive effect on both entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial behavior;entrepreneurial bricolage positively affects entrepreneurial behavior.The mediating role of self-efficacy in the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial behavior;entrepreneurial bricolage mediates the effect of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial behavior;Self-efficacy and entrepreneurial bricolage have a chain mediating role between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial behavior.This study enriches the research on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial bricolage,provides a new perspective on entrepreneurial behavior and activities for entrepreneurs/teams,delves into the mediating role of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial bricolage,and increases the path between entrepreneurial passion and behavior.
