| In recent years,the sharing economy has developed rapidly in our country and is more and more widely used in tourism.As a kind of industrial model of sharing economy,shared accommodation has promoted the development of residential industry on the one hand.On the other hand,it also meets the needs of personalized accommodation.At present,the academic research on shared accommodation is mostly explored from the perspective of consumers and less from the perspective of residential landlords.At the same time,landlord satisfaction and willingness to participate in the platform is closely related to the long-term sustainable development of the platform.Therefore,this paper decided to study from the perspective of landlords.In this paper,the relationship between landlord satisfaction and willingness to participate in shared accommodation platform is measured in the context of shared economy.Taking the landlord in the shared accommodation(the landlord who uses the shared accommodation platform to operate)as the research object,the paper constructs a theoretical model based on the technology acceptance model,the information system success model,extracts the five variables of service quality,perceived usefulness,behavior control,satisfaction and willingness to participate continuously.This paper based on online and offline questionnaire survey of 188 respondents in China,combined with SPSS 22.0and AMOS 21.0 statistical software for data analysis,the results show that service quality significantly positively affects perceived usefulness,service quality significantly positively affects satisfaction,perceived usefulness significantly positively affects satisfaction,perceived usefulness significantly positively affects willingness to participate,and behavior control significantly positively affects willingness to participate.This research has enriched the exploration of shared accommodation in the context of the sharing economy from the theoretical and practical levels,and provided suggestions for service providers of shared accommodation platforms to improve user satisfaction and enhance the willingness of landlords to continue using it. |
