Research On The Impact Of Government Innovation Subsidies On The Innovation Performance Of Strategic Emerging Enterprises

Strategic emerging enterprises play a leading role in improving China’s technological innovation capability,promoting China’s technological innovation output,leading China’s economic development trend,creating new economic growth points,building leading international competitive advantages,and grasping the initiative of scientific and technological development.Our government has given policy and financial support to accelerate the development of strategic emerging enterprises,but a large number of government innovation subsidies have not had a significant positive impact on technological output.Therefore,this paper deeply discusses the impact of government innovation subsidies on the innovation performance of strategic emerging enterprises,in order to promote the sustainable and stable development of the industry to high quality.Firstly,this paper introduces the current development background of our country,highlights the great significance of the development of strategic emerging enterprises,and clarifies the research purpose of this paper.Then it summarizes the research status at home and abroad,understands the shortcomings of the existing basic research,and points out the direction for this study.Resort out the concepts of strategic emerging enterprises,government innovation subsidies,enterprise technology niche breadth and enterprise innovation performance,conduct in-depth analysis on the current situation of China’s government innovation subsidies,strategic emerging enterprises and their innovation performance,understand the basic situation of the current research object,and take the technology innovation theory,externality theory,resource-based theory and niche theory as the basis,A preliminary relationship among the three is obtained,and then on the basis of previous studies,the hypothesis of this paper is put forward for the relationship among government innovation subsidies,enterprise technology niche breadth and enterprise innovation performance.According to the collation and analysis of literature,the most appropriate and scientific measurement indicators are selected,and the model between the three is preliminarily constructed.Secondly,Using Stata software to take the relevant data of 187 A-share listed companies of strategic emerging enterprises from 2015 to 2019 as samples,the hypothesis is verified through statistical analysis and the construction of regression model.The results show that: there is a strong correlation between the government innovation subsidies of strategic emerging enterprises and the innovation performance of enterprises,and the innovation performance of enterprises first decreases and then increases with the increase of government innovation subsidies,that is,the relationship between the two is a "positive U";Government innovation subsidies affect enterprise innovation performance by influencing the breadth of enterprise technology niche,that is,the breadth of enterprise technology niche plays a partial intermediary role between government innovation subsidies and enterprise innovation performance.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for strategic emerging enterprises to use government innovation subsidies to improve enterprise innovation performance from the two levels of government and enterprise.
