| Over the years,the mode of China’s economic development is constantly changing,and the financial reform is also advancing,which makes the business environment of China’s commercial banks undergoing earth shaking changes,especially in the retail finance sector.With the rapid development of financial technology,the external environment is constantly changing,such as fund companies,securities companies,insurance companies and other non bank financial institutions,Internet financial companies are rising.Therefore,the development of retail financial business of commercial banks is facing great challenges,especially the development of financial technology has a great impact on commercial banks.How to deal with the challenges,solve the difficult problems encountered at present and how to perfectly integrate financial technology into retail business are the focus of vigorously developing retail financial business and the top priority of the development of commercial banks.After reading the relevant literature,this paper takes the "king of retail" ZS bank as a case.Firstly,it briefly introduces the case,including the historical background,development process and current situation of ZS bank’s retail business;Then,based on the popularity of the Internet,the rapid development of financial technology,the epidemic,the legal digital currency and other changes in external market conditions and the internal characteristics of ZS bank,this paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the new changes in the market environment faced by ZS bank under the current situation of the rapid development of financial technology,and finds out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of ZS bank in the retail financial sector,and the opportunities and challenges.As the "king of retail",ZS bank’s retail business has developed rapidly and is very representative in the industry.At the same time,ZS bank is also constantly exploring and innovating in the development process.It combines the development of retail business with financial technology,which is very forward-looking,and has achieved certain phased results,which is of research significance.Therefore,aiming at the shortcomings and challenges in the development of ZS Bank’s retail business,this paper puts forward some suggestions,formulates corresponding strategies,and expounds the products,services,channels,scientific and technological investment,etc.In addition,this paper also puts forward corresponding safeguard measures for the development of retail business of ZS bank,mainly from the aspects of talent team,risk control,concept attention and sound assessment mechanism.At the same time,it is also hoped that through this typical case of ZS bank,it can be used as a reference for other commercial banks in China on how to solve the problems faced in the development of retail financial business under the current situation of the rapid development of financial technology,so as to make their own retail business develop stably for a long time. |
