Research On Risk Management System Of C Private Equity Investment Fund Company

The multi-level capital market system vigorously advocates direct financing,lowering the threshold for listing,and shortening the exit period of private equity investment,which gives birth to a new opportunity for development of private equity investment industry.At the same time,under the guidance of public policies,state-owned enterprises have transformed from "managing assets" to "managing capital",and state-owned capital investment companies have been setting up private equity fund managers and carrying out private equity investment business.There are potential risks within the whole life cycle of "raising,investing,managing,and withdrawing" in the operation of the private equity fund.Private equity investment institutions which manage state-owned assets,upholding the mission of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets,shall continuously enhance the comprehensive risk management system and adapt to changes form internal and external situations.And risk management is one of the core competitiveness of these institutions.Therefore,the research on the risk management system of private equity investment institutions with the background of state-owned assets has great theoretical and practical significance.This paper incorporates the existing enterprise risk management theories such as COSO-ERM to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the risk management system of the C private equity investment fund company.As regards the analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions as to risk managing optimization for the C and fellow enterprises.
