| With the process and development of economic globalization,the pace of China’s economic development is also gradually accelerating,and now it plays a pivotal role in the stage of promoting the economic development of all countries in the world.Economic globalization promotes 5G,cloud computing,big data,information security,Internet of things,and more drive the development of the communication equipment manufacturing enterprises and progress,China’s communication industry in this environment has developed into a global electronic and communication products production and manufacturing center,but there are some problems in the process of development,such as debt financing ratio,financing,low return on investment capital,investment management,poor asset turnover efficiency,working capital utilization is low,dividend payment instability,distribution policy does not conform to the enterprise development cycle and other financial strategy problems.Therefore,this paper selects Z enterprise,a representative communication equipment manufacturer in the industry,aiming to explore how to optimize and solve these problems.Starting with the research background and research significance,this paper sorts out the domestic and foreign literature on financial strategy and financial strategy matrix,expounds the relevant concepts and discusses the theoretical basis.Analysis section first introduces the basic situation of Z enterprise,followed by PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of Z enterprise,through the financial strategy,investment strategy,operation strategy and distribution strategy of different strategies,Z enterprise on Z enterprise financial strategy matrix,based on the financial strategy matrix analysis of the problems,put forward the optimization of Z enterprise financial strategy.Z enterprise problems existing in the financial strategy is universal,the optimization and improvement of the financial strategy for the industry has certain significance,but enterprises need to realize that the root of the enterprise management level and strategy implementation does not reach the designated position,the enterprise in the future in the relevant strategic decisions,must fully consider various factors,the implementation of the financial strategy,further improve the sustainable growth level of the enterprise. |
