Study On Supply And Demand Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Agricultural Machinery Socialized Service In Dongting Lake Area Of Hunan Province

Agricultural machinery socialization service is an important part of agricultural socialization service.Promote the development of farm machinery socialization service,is the realization of agricultural mechanization,all the important support of the development of comprehensive,high quality,high efficiency,and build the intensive,organized,the combination of specialization and socialization to four important support of new agricultural management.system,to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics is of great significance.Dongting Lake is an important commodity grain base in China because of its large plain area and low topography,which is suitable for large-scale mechanized agricultural production.The development of socialized agricultural machinery service is of great significance to further improve the level of agricultural mechanization in Dongting Lake region.Government of hunan province on December 25,2019,issued by the hunan provincial people’s government on accelerating agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery and equipment industry transformation and upgrading of the implementation opinions ",put forward the development of agricultural machinery socialized service organizations,to promote agricultural machinery service mechanism innovation,will raise the level of farm machinery socialization service as one of the major tasks for the development of agricultural mechanization in hunan province.However,there are still some problems in the socialized agricultural machinery service in Dongting Lake,Hunan Province,such as limited total service quantity,unbalanced service supply and demand,and low degree of specialization.Agricultural machinery specialized service organization has become an important service entity and economic entity in Dongting Lake area,but it is far from meeting the needs of current agricultural machinery service development.In the face of this dilemma,it is of direct practical significance to explore the dynamic mechanism and realization path of the development of socialized agricultural machinery service for Dongting Lake region to further enhance the level of agricultural mechanization,promote the process of agricultural modernization and guarantee the national food security.In order to explore the development strategy of agricultural machinery socialized service,this paper makes a detailed study of the current situation of agricultural machinery socialized service in Dongting Lake of Hunan Province.The aim is to find the countermeasures to promote the balance of supply and demand of agricultural machinery service by analyzing the current situation of supply and demand of agricultural machinery service in this region,and then provide certain reference for the realization of agricultural modernization in Dongting Lake region.Firstly,the evolution logic of agricultural machinery socialization service is sorted out,and then the relevant theoretical basis is expounded.Secondly,the status quo of agricultural machinery socialization service in Dongting Lake region is analyzed to provide support for empirical analysis and policy optimization.Thirdly,from the perspective of supply and demand,the socialized agricultural machinery service in Dongting Lake region is empirically analyzed to clarify the current situation of supply and demand and influencing factors of the service,and to analyze the difficulties encountered in the current development based on this.Finally,based on the results of field research in Dongting Lake area,the policy suggestions for realizing the development of socialized agricultural machinery service in this area are discussed.
