In recent years,the state has successively promulgated a number of medical reform policies,attached importance to the development of the pharmaceutical industry,encouraged enterprises to strengthen the research and development of new drugs,and put forward new requirements for China’s pharmaceutical enterprises.Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises are ushering in an important moment of strategic transformation.The industry has ushered in good opportunities for development.At the same time,it is also facing challenges.The factors causing financial risks are increasing,and the production,operation,management and other links may face financial risks.And the production and operation of enterprises in this industry are easily affected by current events and policies.Under this industrial background,it is very necessary to improve the financial risk awareness and risk management ability of enterprises.Taking J pharmaceutical company as an example,this thesis analyzes and evaluates the financial risk of J pharmaceutical company,and studies its risk control strategy.Firstly,this thesis expounds the basic theories related to financial risk,analyzes the research theories related to financial risk management at home and abroad,and constructs a complete financial risk evaluation and control system.Secondly,this thesis makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of J pharmaceutical company,and uses the statement analysis method to analyze the basic financial situation of J pharmaceutical company.From the two aspects of external risk and internal risk,this thesis analyzes the key financial indicators of the enterprise and identifies the financial risks faced by the enterprise.According to the actual situation of J pharmaceutical company,this thesis selects 14 representative financial indicators,uses factor analysis to build an evaluation model,and applies it to the financial risk evaluation of J pharmaceutical company.Finally,based on the actual situation of J pharmaceutical company,this thesis puts forward the financial risk control strategy.This thesis finds that the financial risk of J pharmaceutical company is mainly reflected in its weak solvency and cash flow risk.Therefore,for J pharmaceutical company,it is necessary to scientifically design the loan scheme,expand financing channels,strengthen the attention to R&D projects,put the collection of accounts receivable in an important position,optimize the sales scheme,seize the market by relying on innovation and improve the market adaptability.It is hoped that through the research on the financial risk evaluation and control of J pharmaceutical company,the financial risk prevention and management level of J pharmaceutical company can be improved,so as to promote the long-term development of the enterprise and provide reference suggestions for similar enterprises.
