| Shouguang City,Shandong Province is the famous "Hometown of Vegetables in China" and an advanced demonstration area for agricultural development in the country.The most typical agricultural industry cluster in the country has been built,which has played a positive role in promoting the upstream and downstream industries of agriculture,driving and promoting the development of local economy,and at the same time providing a road for reference for the development of my country’s rural and agricultural economy.The research content of this paper is the production efficiency of agricultural industrial clusters in Shouguang City and the factors that affect the production efficiency.The paper firstly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the subject,research status at home and abroad,theoretical basis and research ideas.At the same time,it introduces the general situation of the development of Shouguang agricultural industry cluster,including the historical process,development status,cluster advantages and challenges.,and the agricultural industry cluster in Shouguang City started to develop from the vegetable industry.After the continuous development of the vegetable industry,it has driven the development of other industries.This paper uses the GEM model to analyze the Shouguang agricultural industry cluster from three aspects:foundation,enterprise and demand.In order to measure the production efficiency of agricultural industrial clusters in Shouguang City,this paper uses the DEA-Malmquist production efficiency model to compare the production efficiency of agricultural industrial clusters in Shouguang City with the production efficiency of surrounding counties and cities.The efficiency is higher than that of agricultural production in other regions,which to a certain extent indicates that the industrial cluster has brought about the improvement of production efficiency.In order to analyze the different efficiency changes of each industry within the industrial cluster,this paper selects the vegetable,beans,and grain industries to measure the production efficiency,and concludes that the industrial cluster has different effects on promoting the production efficiency of each industry.After obtaining the static production efficiency,this paper calculates the dynamic production efficiency of the agricultural industry cluster in Shouguang City and the vegetable,beans,and grain industries within the industrial cluster.From the results,the main contribution to the growth of the production efficiency of the agricultural industry cluster in Shouguang City comes from In terms of technological progress,technical efficiency,etc.,the contribution to production efficiency is small.From the perspective of various industries,the total factor productivity of the beans and grain industries has been decreasing,and the total factor productivity of the vegetable industry has not changed significantly in the past ten years.After obtaining the production efficiency of agricultural industrial clusters in Shouguang City,this paper uses tobit model to carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis on the factors affecting the production efficiency of agricultural industrial clusters in Shouguang City.The results show that the urbanization rate,agricultural planting area,education level,per capita GDP,The productivity of agricultural labor,the power of agricultural machinery per unit,the support of agriculture and forestry affairs,and the degree of transportation convenience have a positive impact on the productivity,while the added value of the primary industry and the disaster situation have little impact on the productivity.Based on the obtained results,relevant policy recommendations are put forward. |
