With the successful application of supply chain management in all walks of life,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to and use this management idea to study the circulation of agricultural products in my country,such as speeding up supply,improving supply quality,and reducing supply losses.For the circulation of fresh agricultural products,although supply chain management can save distribution time,reduce losses,and increase product freshness,supply chain optimization is difficult.The main reason is the corrosive nature of fresh agricultural products,farmers and cooperatives The degree of organization is low,and the use of cold chain equipment is not popular enough.MC.com is a typical B2B company.As a leading domestic Internet fresh food distribution company,it plays an important role in the supply of fresh agricultural products.With the increasing number of domestic Internet grocery shopping companies,MC.com is also facing homogeneous or heterogeneous competition challenges.Therefore,in order to gain a competitive advantage,MC Network needs to pay attention to the bottleneck of "optimized management of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products" and regard it as an important breakthrough point to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Based on this,this paper attempts to focus on this issue,by focusing on the investigation and evaluation of suppliers,strengthening the identification and screening of suppliers,and optimizing the supply chain management of fresh agricultural products,i.e.ingredients,and then building the core competitive advantage of MC Network.This paper firstly introduces the development background of MC network,expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research on its supply chain optimization management;Thirdly,the current supply chain development status and problems of the MC platform are diagnosed and analyzed,including:in the upstream stage of the supply chain,the supply chain management mechanism is not perfect,and the quality of agricultural products is not high;in the midstream stage of the supply chain,there are problems of poor delivery timeliness and warehousing.The layout needs to be improved;in the downstream stage of the supply chain,there are problems such as the need to strengthen information communication and inaccurate downstream portraits.Then,taking Hema Xiansheng and Dingdong Shopping as the reference frame,the supply chain distribution was analyzed and compared with the supply chain of MC.Improve the supplier management system,strengthen the development of the source agricultural product base,improve the warehouse layout and distribution system,upgrade and improve the user information service system,etc.Through literature analysis,case analysis and interviews,this paper studies the optimization management of the food supply chain of MC Network,aiming to improve the supply chain management level of MC Network,realize the optimization and improvement of its food supply chain process,and improve the its operational efficiency.This can not only effectively guide the business practice of MC.com,but also be a reference for related companies in the field of food B2B.
