In today’s society,competition in various industries is fierce.In order to survive and develop in the fierce economic environment,enterprises constantly improve their competitiveness through internal and external adjustment.As the most direct and effective internal adjustment way for enterprises to improve competitiveness,maintaining a high level of human resources is undoubtedly highly concerned by various industries,especially the labor-intensive logistics industry.Ningxia A Company is a logistics company limited,and it cannot operate without the support of a large number of human resources.Recruitment,as a source to control the level of human resource,has naturally become the top priority.In order to further ensure the smooth development of recruitment,the company must constantly optimize the staff recruitment system that can meet the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper reviewed and sorted out nearly 30 domestic and foreign literatures and journals related to the recruitment system.According to the competency model and competence-post matching theories,I made an in-depth analysis of the recruitment situation of Ningxia A Company based on a large number of real data obtained from interviews and questionnaires.On this basis,I find out the main problems in the recruitment system,for example,lack of rigorous and scientific recruitment plan,superficial interview process,lack of perfect talent pool,etc.Accordingly,the specific optimization measures of NingXia A Company’s employee recruitment system are put forward from the recruitment preparation stage,recruitment implementation stage,as well as recruitment evaluation stage.For example,developing recruitment plans that match the company’s strategy,optimizing the interview process and doing a good job of interview evaluation,perfecting the talent pool to ensure the supply of excellent talents,etc.Finally,to ensure that Ningxia A Company’s recruitment system in line with the company’s development needs,which is not only conducive to the improvement of human resource management level,but also conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.
