| The imbalanced growth of urban and rural areas is one of the significant issues affecting China’s economic and social development.Since the reform and opening up,both urban and rural inhabitants’ income levels have increased dramatically in my nation.However,the scenario where rural dwellers’ income levels still trail far behind those in metropolitan regions has not changed significantly.Because of this,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China summarized in-depth decades of practical experience in managing urban-rural interactions and resolving the "Three Rural" issues to offer the concept of urban-rural integration growth.The commodity movement is critical to the integration of urban and rural areas.Vigorously developing the rural commercial and trade circulation service network can connect the production and consumption of urban and rural areas more directly and extensively,and help to promote the process of urban-rural integration.In my nation,supply and trading cooperatives are crucial to rural transportation,and I am one of the pioneers of the contemporary rural carrier.Following the demands of putting the rural revitalization strategy into practice and intensifying the extensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives,Shandong supply and marketing cooperatives have proposed the construction of the "Modern Rural Circulation Service Network" project.Based on the actual experience of Shandong supply and marketing cooperatives in developing modern commercial and trade circulation services in rural areas,including specific practices,practical effects,existing problems,etc.,this paper conducts research and analysis to establish the theoretical framework of this project,in order to strengthen the supply and marketing cooperatives circulation service system and improve farmers.To provide a theoretical basis for the standard of living and production services;at the same time,to propose feasible measures for the further improvement of commercial and trade services in rural areas and to provide a reference for rural economic and social development and for the implementation of a rural regeneration strategy.This paper mainly uses the method of field research,case study and statistical analysis to study the construction of the rural modern commercial and trade circulation service network of Shandong supply and marketing cooperatives.First,it explains the basic concept of Shandong Circular Cooperative Supply and Marketing Network and comprehensively classifies the development history of Shandong’s modern cooperative supply and marketing system and focuses on its construction status.This paper focuses on expounding the basic structure of the modern business and trade circulation service network of Shandong supply and marketing cooperatives,and analyzes the key contents of its construction,including: developing leading enterprises,carrying out joint procurement and distribution of commodities in the province’s supply and marketing system,and building and improving the county and village levels.The business circulation services network and the seven services functions of enriching enhancing the business circulation.Then it summarizes the effect and significance of its construction.Due to the complex system of supply and marketing cooperatives,the inflexible employment mechanism,the imperfect coordination mechanism between departments,the large gap between supply and marketing cooperatives in different regions,the weak overall strength of enterprises,and the weak rural consumption capacity,currently,Shandong Province Supply and Marketing Cooperatives are developing modern rural commerce and trade.There are still some problems in the construction of the distribution service network,mainly due to unbalanced regional development,slow economic results,insufficient convenience services,and difficulty in integrating various resources,and immature network construction and development models.In conclusion,these problems all require supply and marketing cooperatives to continuously improve the top-level layout of the supply and marketing cooperatives’ business circulation service network on the basis of reform experience,and further deepen the reform to solve them.At the same time,it needs the strong support of party committees and governments at all levels.It is jointly promoted from the administrative level and the market level. |
