Corn is one of the most important crops in the world.It is of great strategic significance in food,feed,industry and energy.Corn has the characteristics of good adaptability and great potential for yield increase,which has attracted the attention of all countries in the world.At present,China has surpassed the United States to become the largest corn growing country in the world.Heilongjiang Province is an important corn production base in China.With the continuous improvement of social economy and living standards,people’s growing needs for a better life,food consumption has shifted from "satiety" to "well-fed" and "healthy".Fresh corn is popular among consumers because of its good taste,good flavor and rich nutrition.At the same time,the domestic corn industry structure is undergoing multi-directional adjustment.With the supply-side structural reform and the continuous improvement of domestic people’s living standards,the overall social environment promotes and forces the fresh corn industry.Heilongjiang province is the main planting area and processing base of fresh corn in China,but there is little research on fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province at present.This paper takes the fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province as the research target,and comprehensively uses investigation literature,field investigation method,comparative analysis and other methods.According to fresh corn breeding research institutions,colleges and universities in heilongjiang province,the scientific research institutes,farmers and processing enterprises of breeding,cultivation,production and other multiple running state of the whole industry chain of investigation and study of fresh corn industry in heilongjiang province in the development of planting,processing,scientific research,etc.,comprehensive research and analysis of fresh corn industry in heilongjiang province,Considering the main problems existing in the development process of fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province at the present stage,and then studying the relevant countermeasures for the development of fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province,discussing the future development direction of fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province.After analysis,discussion and research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,Heilongjiang province has become an important industrial base for the production,processing and sales of fresh corn in China.According to the policies of relevant departments in Heilongjiang Province and the development of fresh corn industry in China,the development of fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province has great potential.Secondly,waxy corn breeding technology in Heilongjiang province is in the forefront of the country,sweet corn breeding technology is still a big gap with developed countries.In terms of policy support for fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province,compared with provinces with strong fresh corn industry such as Guangdong and Hebei,there are some problems such as unclear policy expenditure.The fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang province is short of local leading enterprises and domestic famous brands in processing.The fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang province still has great room for improvement in the production standard of fresh corn,soil fertility,agricultural machinery level and other issues.Thirdly,based on the problems of fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang province summarized from the above research,the author then put forward development countermeasures for the factors restricting the development of fresh corn industry in Heilongjiang Province: strengthening policy guidance,strengthening leading enterprises,creating well-known brands;Increase investment in scientific research and improve the effect of technology application;Strengthen green protection against diseases and insect pests and ensure the quality of corn production;Strengthen the protection of black land and improve soil fertility;Strengthening mechanized agricultural production;Accelerate the industrialization of corn,strengthen the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary production;Establish product quality standard system,guarantee system and test system as soon as possible;Strengthen market supervision and perfect market environment;Formulate appropriate agricultural subsidy policies.
