Research On Development Strategy Of Company A

With the continuous development of China’s economy,there is more demand for infrastructure construction,urbanization development and industrial development.Local government investment and financing platform companies were born.The government investment and financing platform company has played a positive role in providing financial support for the infrastructure construction of local governments and promoting the development of local urbanization.Company A is a government investment and financing platform company directly managed by central Yunnan new area.It is mainly engaged in New Area Development and construction,bulk commodity trade and other related businesses.It is a typical local investment and financing platform company.With the rapid development of local government investment and financing platform companies,company A has gradually exposed its own problems,such as poor operation ability,low management level,high debt pressure and so on.Under the new situation,how to develop the investment and financing platform of local government has become a problem worthy of consideration.Through in-depth analysis and Research on company A,this paper tries to explore a development path suitable for company A under the new situation.According to the idea of "problem identification-theoretical support-Technical Analysis-Strategic Choice-strategic implementation",this paper makes an in-depth study on the formulation and implementation of the development strategy of company A by comprehensively using the methods of literature research,case analysis,quantitative analysis and strategic analysis tools such as pest,IEF and SWOT.This study found that company’s ife weighted score is higher than the industry average level,has internal development advantages,and the overall strategy should adopt the development strategy.The development objectives of company A can be divided into two parts: one to five-year short-term objectives and five to ten-year medium and long-term objectives;According to the classification of business direction,it can be divided into three categories: investment attraction platform,investment and financing platform and industrial innovation platform.Finally,by building a platform complex with investment promotion cooperation platform,investment and financing platform and industrial innovation platform as the main body,company A will become an industry city integration platform that provides all-round services for the Management Committee of central Yunnan new area and enterprises in the new area.Finally,this paper defines the mission and vision for the development strategy of company A,puts forward the overall strategic blueprint,formulates the business development plan,and discusses the key guarantee measures for the implementation of company’s strategy.
