Affected by interest rate marketization and Internet finance,the profit space of commercial banks is gradually squeezed.Due to the advantages of stable income,scattered risk and low cost,retail financial business has become the profit growth point of every bank,and the development of retail business has become an important standard of bank’s core competitiveness.Based on the specific practice of HF Bank’s retail financial business,this thesis first summarizes the review and latest progress of competitive strategy,and draws experience from the comparison of domestic and foreign development of retail financial business.Secondly,analyze the environmental conditions of HF bank’s development of retail finance,and the influencing factors of HF bank’s retail finance business are analyzed from four aspects:political and legal environment,economic form,sociocultural environment,and technical environment.The five forces model analyzes the industry competition environment,and analyzes the external environment of HF Bank combined with the analysis of main competitors and the evaluation matrix of external factors.The basic situation of HF Bank is introduced again,and the internal environment is comprehensively analyzed by means of resource analysis,value chain theoretical analysis,and IFE matrix.And according to SWOT analysis,HF bank’s retail financial business are analyzed in detail.On this basis,reasonable methods and strategies are put forward to solve the problems existing in the developing retail business of HF Bank.After Research and analysis,the retail financial business of Hf Bank should adopt differentiation competitive strategy,focusing on brand differentiation,product differentiation,customer service differentiation.The implementation of the strategy focuses on three aspects:product differentiation,marketing differentiation,and customer service differentiation.The safeguards include:organizational structure assurance,customer acquisition model assurance,customer management assurance,product strategy assurance,channel design assurance,and cultural assurance.It is expected that through the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy,HF Bank can gain an advantage in the market competition,and combined with the relevant safeguard measures,the strategy implementation can be more smoothly and the development of the bank can be promoted.
