With the rapid progress of Internet technology,new media platforms have also emerged widely and have become the mainstream carrier of public opinion in the information age.The media of public opinion has gradually shifted from traditional media to new media.In the new media environment,compared with the traditional media environment,due to the more prominent multi-directionality and real-time nature of information transmission,network public opinion is also more changeable.of complexity.Since the reform and opening up,the development of my country’s financial industry has reached an unprecedented new height,and various financial information has been rapidly disseminated and amplified through new media.The frequent occurrence of financial emergencies has aggravated the influence of financial network public opinion on the social economy,and also brought new challenges to social stability.Therefore,in the face of the complex Internet world,financial management departments are facing major challenges in effectively identifying information flow,comprehensively monitoring network public opinion,scientifically judging the development trend,and applying targeted responses.In the new media environment,how the financial management department can effectively respond to the crisis of public opinion is a realistic topic worthy of in-depth discussion.This paper takes the governance of financial network public opinion in the new media environment as the starting point,takes the crisis management theory and the transmission model based on infectious disease theory as the guidance,comprehensively uses literature analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method,and summarizes the research status of financial network public opinion in the new media environment at home and abroad.Taking the "Bank of China Crude Oil Treasure incident" as an example,this paper uses Zhimicro data public opinion monitoring software to collect public opinion data from April 19 to April 25,2020 for analysis and research.The communication model based on infectious disease theory depicts the whole process of public opinion dissemination and fission in the "crude oil treasure incident",under the guidance of the crisis life cycle theory,it deeply analyzed the public opinion fermentation process and public opinion crisis response of the "Crude Oil Treasure Incident",on this basis,it is proposed that there are problems such as lack of awareness,lag in public opinion guidance,lack of coordination,and imperfect mechanism.This paper analyzes the main reasons for the above problems in detail and proposes targeted solutions and countermeasures.It believes that financial management departments should play the role of "leader" in the financial industry to strengthen the awareness of public opinion crisis;improve the coordination network of financial management departments;improve Efforts shall be made in the field of public opinion response to relevant systems and other aspects. |
