With the development of urban landscaping in our country,the traditional landscaping industry has been moving towards standardization,and the industrial development prospect is optimistic.However,the regional small and medium-sized enterprises still faces various bottlenecks in the process of development,restricting the development of enterprises.As one of them,Shandong CY Environmental Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shandong CY company)is a typical regional small and medium-sized garden enterprise.The development of the company is facing great limitations.The existing business model positioning is ambiguous and the business objectives are lack of foresight and planning,which restrict the development of the company.Therefore,Shandong CY company urgently needs to innovate the company’s business model,redefine their development path,and realize the increase of enterprise profits and the expansion of scale.This thesis focuses on the innovation of business model of Shandong CY company,flexibly applies PEST,Porter Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis tools,carries on the in-depth analysis to the company’s regional economic development characteristic,the environmental conditions and the business competition among the same industry.At the same time,based on the analysis of nine elements of business model canvas,the thesis makes a systematic present of the existing business model of Shandong CY company,and combining with the interview and investigation method,the thesis points out the existing problems of Shandong CY company’s current business model,and puts forward the business model innovation strategy,which solves the problems of the lack of endogenous motivation,slow development and insufficient market competitiveness.The thesis discussed the innovative design of the business model of Shandong CY company from four aspects:product and service,business foundation,customer and finance.First of all,form the value proposition of "high-value goodwill",and taking this value proposition as the core to upgrade and update products and services,so as to achieve the innovation of the aspect of products and services.Secondly,actively expand its business scope,strengthen the construction of management team and the system construction of the company,establishes the company’s brand superiority,so as to consolidate the business foundation of the company.Thirdly,through strengthening the service awareness of all employees,improving the customer management system and management ability,establishing new partnership and innovating cooperation mode,so as to achieve the purpose of upgrading at the customer aspect.Finally,at the financial aspect,the optimization and innovation is carried out from two dimensions:the revnue source and the cost structure.In order to guarantee the implementation of business model innovation strategy,the thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:organization,technology,talent and capital.Through this research,this thesis demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of business model innovation of Shandong CY company,as well as the direction and strategy of innovation implementation,and designs a new business model upgrading scheme for Shandong CY company.The upgraded Shandong CY company not only has great practical value in breaking the existing development shackles,but also hopes that through the research in this thesis can provide some reference for the business model innovation of small and medium-sized garden construction enterprises in China.
