| With the development and needs of human-computer interaction device in the industry,Touch module has occupied an important role.However,with the scientific and technological level improvement and the growth of economic benefits,the continuous impact on innovative ideas and product materials will bring many major changes in the touch industry.The new technologies which are applied in the manufacturing industry are progressively developing towards a more complex and detailed direction,and the new technologies are also steadily improved.How to implement project management measures well in the processes of project to prevent impacting the production quality of products,risk management is requested from the project kickoff,and the quality level determines the final project result.This thesis takes the potential risks in the new project development of E company as the research object and tries to find an effective risk management method based on the guidance of relevant theories and the specific internal characteristics in touch industry,so that the company can compete in the current market.Based on the theories of the quality&risk management in the introduction of E company’s new projects,the thesis explains the status of E company’s new project introduction,including the risk management and existing problems from T project of E company,using E company’s project risk management as the research background,and refers to the project risk control procedure-risk evaluation,identification,classification,treatment and monitoring of the project,more extensive research has been carried out.Firstly,based on the project risk management real status of E company,the risk management plan of T project is discussed,and the risk identification and development tools are applied to preliminarily identify the potential risks in different development phases and fields of the project.Then,the risk is checked and evaluated by qualitative grade evaluation&quantitative analysis,and then bring forward specific countermeasures based on the actual situation of the project.Risk tracing and monitoring are used to effectively manage and reduce the harm risk to the project development.Finally,it summarizes the issues in project risk management,and puts forward optimization and improvement suggestions.The thesis illustrates the control process of project risk management of E company,studies the feasibility of quantitative risk evaluation,and expects to integrate theory with practice,apply the process of risk management to it based on the company’s characteristics and practical needs,and promote the effective completion of the project.All kinds of the touch projects implemented in the company in the future can learn from the risk management content indicated in this chapter,including the risk classification and identification,the construction of project risk monitoring and evaluation system and its management mode,which has considerable practical application value. |
