At present,the global economy is developing rapidly,and China is committed to the pace of reform and opening-up.The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.Economic globalization is the trend of The Times,in the context of the global economy,the increasingly close cooperation at home and abroad,to participate in international economic cooperation and competition,with the international financial market,expanding international financial business,optimize the allocation of resources,is the commercial Banks to realize the strategic measures for management way transformation,is also a commercial bank’s development opportunities and challenges in the future.International business has the advantages of low risk,high income level and no need to occupy a large amount of working capital,which makes a large number of commercial banks strive to change business fiercely and regard it as a key way to obtain intermediary business income,expand their market share and improve their market competitiveness.City commercial banks belong to the third echelon of Chinese banks.While maintaining their own stable development,they also begin to actively contact international business.This paper summarizes the relevant research conclusions of commercial banks’international business competition strategy,and analyzes the international business competition strategy of Q Bank based on this theoretical support.PEST model is adopted to analyze the macro development environment of Q Bank’s international business from the perspectives of economic factors,political factors,technical factors and social factors.Porter’s five Forces model is adopted to illustrate the industrial competition environment facing Q Bank.By referring to Q Bank’s actual participation in international business and consulting a large number of relevant literature,the development status of its international business was summarized by comprehensive comparative analysis and questionnaire survey.Finally,THE SWOT analysis method is adopted to analyze and study the external opportunities and challenges faced by Q Bank in its international business as well as its own advantages and disadvantages from an objective perspective,so as to analyze the feasibility of competitive strategies and match corresponding strategies.Finally,the differentiation strategy is selected as the final strategy of Q Bank’s international business development,which is subdivided into three aspects:product,marketing and service,and the implementation and guarantee measures of differentiated competition strategy are elaborated in detail.This paper hopes to develop competitive strategies in line with Q Bank’s international business development through analysis and research,and to improve Q Bank’s international business competitiveness and market share by referring to the current economic policy environment and the actual situation of market competition.On the other hand,it also hopes to provide some reference for other city commercial banks to carry out international business and make strategic decisions.
