Research On The Production And Marketing Of Ramie In The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River In The Republic Of China (1912-1936

Military-civilian integrated development is the trend of the world’s military industry.In2015,China upgraded military-civilian integrated development to a national strategy.Regional economic development can provide a good development environment and industrial foundation for the military-civilian integration industry,and the development of the regional economy also needs the continuous promotion of the m ilitary-civilian integrated industry.The aerospace industry is selected as a representative of the development of the military-civilian integration industry for research.Based on the relevant theories of aerospace industry cluster economy and regional economy,this article starts with the connotation and characteristics of the aerospace industry cluster’s,technological innovation and the rationalization and advancement of the regional economic industrial structure to promote regional economic growth.In addition,we collected data on the manufacturing industry and regional economy of the aerospace industry from 2006 to 2016 in the 6provinces:Shaanxi,Tianjin,Liaoning,Sichuan,Shanghai and Guangdong where the aerospace industry has developed well to build a coupling between the aerospace industry and the regional economy,Using the coupling and coordination degree of the aerospace industry and regional economic development to measure the effects of the aerospace industry on regional economic development.It is demonstrated that the development of aerospace industry clusters has a significant impact on the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the regional economy,and promotes the high-quality development of the regional economy.The aerospace industry has become a new type of strategic industry for upgrading the industrial structure.The aerospace industry clusters has the long industry chain and the huge development potential,it has unique advantages in technological innovation,and its role in improving the quality of regional economic development has become increasingly prominent.This article divides the technological innovation model into three models :technology introduction,imitative innovation and independent innovation,and selects the appropriate technological innovation model according to the status quo and characteristics of industrial development.Research on the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in accordance with the rationalization of the industrial structure and the higher level of the industrial structure.Explore a new model and new path for the coordinated development of Shaanxi’s aerospace industry and regional economy.This paper introduces the degree of coupling coordination to analyze the coupling effect of the aerospace industry cluster development in six provinces including Shaanxi on the regional economy.It also provides countermeasures from four aspects: strengthening the government’s macro guidance,aerospace industry cluster development,building Shaanxi aerospace industry financial center,and accelerating the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure,so as to build the civil military integration system of aerospace industry and promote the “leap-forward”development of Shaanxi’s a regional economy.
