The tobacco industry has always been an important source of national fiscal and local fiscal revenues.It is a monopoly industry that is strictly protected by the state.Moreover,the tobacco industry implements a monopoly franchise system.Therefore,the market participants have insufficient market competition awareness,and the operation of the logistics field is very I have not paid attention to it for a long time.Since the beginning of the 21st century,the tobacco industry has gradually attached importance to the modernization of logistics.It has held many conferences on modern logistics of the industry,and clearly put forward that the core business of the tobacco industry is tobacco logistics.At present,the construction of modern logistics has become the top priority of China’s tobacco industry.Taking Xiamen tobacco logistics as an example,this paper studies the new distribution mode and dynamic optimization of distribution routes.Firstly,the main theoretical and practical achievements of domestic tobacco logistics are studied,and the current development status and main problems of Xiamen tobacco logistics are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of single mode and low efficiency of distribution in the mode of"bulk delivery" of Xiamen tobacco logistics,a new mode of "group flexible distribution"is put forward,which is based on the distribution line.The flexible distribution of Xiamen tobacco is realized by road grouping and team cooperation,which improves the efficiency and flexibility of distribution.On this basis,aiming at the distribution vehicle routing problem in each group of group flexible distribution,this paper,based on ant colony algorithm,takes the shortest total distribution route and the highest full-load rate of vehicles as the objective function,realizes the dynamic optimization algorithm of distribution route in group.The model is validated by the actual distribution data,and shows that the optimized distribution scheme is in the total distribution kilometers.The number of tobacco distribution vehicles and the number of distribution vehicles have been reduced,and the efficiency of Xiamen tobacco distribution has been improved.Based on the above research,this paper designs and implements the prototype system of Xiamen tobacco logistics distribution route optimization,which integrates the dynamic optimization algorithm of distribution route,and achieves the core functions of distribution system such as basic information elements management and distribution optimization.The research results show that the distribution model and route optimization model proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the total transportation cost and total time cost,achieve vehicle load balance,balance the workload intensity of distribution personnel,and meet the relevant requirements of retail customers’ timeliness.To improve the service level,it has certain guidance and reference significance for building a modern logistics construction system.
