Research On The Yunnan Pilot Free Trade Zone (Kunming Area)’s Institutional Innovation Of Trade Transformation And Upgrading

One belt,one road development strategyand China’s opering up to the outside world are the inevitable choices for China’s Yunnan economic cooperation This paper will sort out and analyze the concepts related to the institutional innovation of trade transformation and upgrading of free trade zone, mainly using the theory of institutional change, combined with the special geographical location and resource advantages of Kunming, and using the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the feasibility of implementing the content of institutional innovation in trade transfomation and upgrading in Kunming area of Yunnan pilot free trace zone,Combined with the mature experience of the construction of free trade zones at home and abroad and the development of Kunming itse lf this paper puts forward the development directionand countermeasures anc suggestions on the trade transformation and upgrading system innovation of Kunming area of Yunnan pilot free trade zoneThis paper will summarize in detail the current development of trade transfomation and upgrading in Kunming area,analyze and compare the advanced experience and practices of other domestic free trade zones in trade transfomation and upgrading system innovation combined with the own advantages daily work practice and questionnaire survey results of Kunming area, and apply the theory ofinstitutional change, Put forward opinions and suggestions from the aspects of accelerating the adjustment of foreign trade structure and improving the level of trade facilitation in Kunming,in order to better promote the trade transformation and upgrading of Kunming in the futureMain innovations and research conclusions: first use the institutional change theory to study the developnent direction and Counter measures of trade transfomation and upgrading institutional innovation in Kunming areaTwo,one belt one roadis proposed to cary out the relevant work in the Kunming area trade facilitation svstem innovation from the follo wing cevelopment directions:encourage innovation driven enhance the competitiveness of Kunming’s foreign trade,relyon the "one belt and one road" initiative and the signing of the RCEP agreement improve the level of opening up of Kunming’s regional economic and trade relations with neighboring countries, and vigorously promote the adjustment of the Kunming’s foreign trade structure.
