| From ancient times to the present,China is a traditional agricultural power,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the development of rural areas has become more and more important in the overall development strategy of the country.Since to the development of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas is currently getting bigger,and the phenomenon of economic fatigue is common in rural areas.In addition to the economic environment created by the information age and rural areas,it is also related to the relatively closed and backward farmers’ investment development consciousness.To effectively solve the problem of restricting the investment of funds in rural development,the state began to vigorously carry out financial assistance for agriculture.Taking Huilai county in Guangdong province as the research object,the paper describes the status quo of financial aid to farmers,then analyzes the principal problems existing in operation process,and looks for the causes of the problems,finally,it puts forward the Suggestions and corresponding countermeasures.The paper is split into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background,significance and research methods of this paper.Chapter two:concept definition and theoretical basis,introduces the relevant theoretical basis and related concepts of financial aid to agriculture;Chapter three:the status quo and main modes of financial assistance to farmers in Huilai county,and the actual situation of financial assistance to farmers in Huilai county.Chapter four:the main problems and causes in the financial aid to agriculture work in Huilai county,and explore the problems and causes in the financial aid to agriculture work in Huilai county;Chapter five:domestic and foreign experience for reference,the introduction of the practice of agricultural finance at home and abroad;Chapter six:countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the further development of rural assistance in Huilai county,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions according to existing problems;Chapter seven,conclusion and prospect,summarizes the whole paper,analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper,and the next research direction.Through the analysis of this paper,we know that Huilai County in the process of promoting the work of financial assistance to agriculture is difficult,although some results have been achieved,But there are also some deficiencies,so the income is not very ideal,this article in the analysis of the current Huilai County financial aid to agriculture on the basis of the channels and ways,Draw lessons from the analysis of successful cases at home and abroad,the formation of Huilai County financial assistance to improve agricultural measures for the stability and sustainable development of financial assistance for agricultural work to provide important recommendations. |
