Tea is a characteristic industry in China.It is planted in many places in the world and is deeply favored by consumers.Dayuan town is located in the middle of Lechang City,Guangdong Province.It is one of the important tea producing areas in Guangdong Province.It is also a typical immigrant town with a large area and few people.The development of tea industry is the main way to improve the local economy and farmers’ income.It is of great significance to get rid of poverty and get rich,revitalize rural areas and build a well-off society in an all-round way.On the basis of reading literature to form understanding,learning theory and guiding research,this paper analyzes the current regional overview of tea industry,production base scale,tea quality reputation,planting,maintenance and management,enterprise development,harvesting,processing and storage in Dayuan town through literature research method,field research method and other research methods Have a comprehensive understanding of packaging marketing promotion and brand patents.Through literature research,field research and other research methods,combined with the development status of tea industry in Dayuan Town,it is found that there are unclear goal planning and imperfect basic supporting facilities in the development of tea industry in Dayuan town;Small production scale and high capital turnover pressure;The intensive degree of production area is low and the proportion of high-quality tea garden is small;Low level of production technology and weak driving of leading enterprises;Poor marketing promotion ability and low awareness of brand creation.Pingshan County,Taoyuan County and Lingyun county have also encountered these problems,but they have achieved good results.Through the method of case analysis and on the basis of learning from the experience of these successful cases,this paper puts forward targeted measures to clarify the enterprise goal planning,improve the infrastructure,increase the assistance of enterprises,help the optimization and upgrading of industries,carry out intensive transformation of production areas,phase out low-grade and old tea gardens,introduce advanced production technology,create guidance service institutions and enrich marketing channels Building characteristic tea brands and other specific countermeasures,starting from the actual situation of Dayuan Town,solve the current difficulties in the development of tea industry,in order to achieve better and faster development of tea industry in Dayuan town.
