In order to lift the country’s 98.99 million rural poor out of poverty and 832state-level poor counties out of poverty,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" in 2013.In November 2015,the Central Conference on Poverty Reduction and Development was held,followed by the Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Winning the Battle of Poverty Reduction.Since then,the battle against poverty has sounded across the country.Provinces,municipalities and autonomous prefectures have attached great importance to this and formulated and introduced a series of poverty alleviation policies and measures.The goal is to ensure that by 2020,the poor rural population will have food and clothing,and compulsory education,basic medical care and housing security for them.At the same time,the per capita disposable income of farmers in poor areas will increase faster than the national average,and the indicators of major areas of basic public services will be close to the national average.At a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on December 3,2020,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,listened to a summary and evaluation report on poverty alleviation,and pointed out that after eight years of continuous efforts,we have completed poverty alleviation targets and tasks in the new era as scheduled.Since then,the fight against poverty has entered the stage of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.By the end of 2013,Fangjia Town of Renshou County had a total of 1,764 registered poverty-stricken households of 590 households,all of which had been lifted out of poverty by the end of 2018.In December 2019,it merged with Qujiang Town of Renshou County and became Fangjia Town.By the end of 2020,the registered poverty-stricken households totaled 959 and 2,908 people,all of whom had been lifted out of poverty.After completing the task of poverty alleviation ahead of schedule,in order to make the poor households can be sustained and stable poverty alleviation,Fangjia Town will focus on the follow-up help,according to the specific situation of the poor households to develop the corresponding follow-up help measures,to achieve precise measures.This paper will focus on the analysis of the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of the registered poor households in Fangjia Town and the factors that are easy to return to poverty,and put forward the follow-up measures to help the registered poor households after 2020.Paper first introduces the Fang Jia Town cross tent card the basic condition of the poor,poverty,and then introduces the Fang Jia Town poverty alleviation policy to carry out the situation,then,in the form of questionnaire survey and interviews to Fang Jia Town inputting tent card poor out of poverty survey results,as against the poverty alleviation work and Fang Jia Town actual situation summary poor follow-up support,Finally,from the aspects of generating the endogenous power of the poor households,developing characteristic industries,and implementing innovative policies,the follow-up assistance suggestions for the documented poor households in Fangjia Town were put forward,so as to achieve the goal of continuously and stably eliminating poverty and not returning to poverty for all the documented poor households in Fangjia Town.
