Research On Optimization Of Aircraft Financing Leasing Model In Dongjiang Free Trade Port Area

The aircraft leasing model is time-sensitive.Entering 2020,changes in the international market environment have brought unprecedented challenges to the civil aviation industry.Airlines are actively adjusting their fleet configuration,leasing companies are actively innovating leasing models,and the civil aviation industry is seeking new innovations under the new situation.As the second largest aircraft leasing gathering place in the world,the Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone will have a certain impact on the aircraft leasing structure in the world.Therefore,this article takes the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area as the research object,and optimizes the design of aircraft financial leasing models in this area under the new situation,which can provide important reference value for the development of our country’s aircraft leasing market.This paper firstly studies and analyzes the the development of aircraft leasing models in different market environments,summarizes the problems and causes of the leasing models of our country’s aircraft leasing industry,and finds a breakthrough for model optimization.Afterwards,a new set of structure diagrams of aircraft financing leasing model was designed,which incorporates blockchain,FT account,balance leasing and etc.It combined with risk control Research and build a complete aircraft financial leasing model.Finally,using the research method of case analysis,the original model and the optimized model are compared and analyzed,and the result show that the optimized model has high flexibility,strong reliability,and can save millions of dollars in transaction costs.In addition,at the risk control level,the optimized model mainly tends to control technical risks and improve the professional technical system.Finally,this article puts forward specific suggestions on the development of aircraft financial leasing optimization model from the aspects of blockchain technology research and development,legal and policy improvement,and compound talent training,in order to promote the high-quality development of the aircraft leasing industry in our country’s Dongjiang Free Trade Port Area and innovate aircraft leasing models.
