In the 14th Five-Year Plan,emphasis is placed on "promoting high-quality development as the theme" and "insisting on the core position of innovation in the overall situation of China’s modernization drive".At present,most scholars use stochastic frontier analysis and data envelopment analysis to measure the efficiency of technology innovation in China’s aerospace manufacturing industry,but this kind of technology innovation efficiency is a relative efficiency value,which can not accurately reflect the actual situation of comprehensive output and comprehensive input of technology innovation.Therefore,using the data of 2007-2016 and the projection pursuit method of genetic algorithm optimization,this paper measures the actual efficiency of technology innovation in China’s aerospace manufacturing industry from 2007 to 2014,and analyzes the difference of actual efficiency by using the Theil index,which enriches the theoretical research on the actual efficiency of technology innovation in China’s aerospace manufacturing industry.The research shows that the actual efficiency of technology innovation in China’s aerospace manufacturing industry is in the first echelon of division efficiency,and the level of technology innovation ability is high.The actual efficiency of technology innovation in eastern,central and western regions decreases in turn.The average actual efficiency of technology innovation in national aerospace manufacturing industry is 2.09,and the actual efficiency of technology innovation in provinces and cities is quite different.The overall difference in the actual efficiency of technology innovation in aerospace manufacturing industry showed a slow growth trend in 2007-2011,and it increased significantly after 2011,which mainly affected by regional differences.Regional differences are mainly affected by interprovincial differences in the east.Since the actual efficiency of technology innovation in Tianjin aerospace manufacturing industry is 26.81,which is much larger than that in other provinces,after excluding the actual efficiency value of Tianjin technology innovation,the national actual efficiency average is no longer in the first echelon of efficiency,but in the second echelon of efficiency,which indicates that the actual efficiency level of technology innovation in China’s aerospace manufacturing industry is still not high.At this time,the overall difference in the actual efficiency of technology innovation in China’s aerospace manufacturing industry is mainly affected by the interprovincial differences between the east and the west. |
