| Since the year of 2006,the China Banking Association(hereinafter referred to as the "CBA")began to organize the competition of civilized and standardized service in the Chinese banking industry.After 14 years of practical experience accumulation,a multilevel selection rules of excellent banks for "Top 100","Top 1000" and "Star"banks has formed nationwide,which has laid a good foundation to form the brand system of civilized and standardized service.It’s hard to win the honor relying on the banks’ own experience in the process of competing for the national civilized excellent bank.They need professional expert to sort out the service management system and build the brand of sub-branch.But the ability of consultants for winning the honor of excellent bank is irregular.The core reason is that these consultants only rely on their own scattered bank or banking association work experience to summarize experience and provide service and they have not learned the systematic and organized training course.The theme of this article focuses on sorting out the ability and setting up the training system of the managers for winning the honor of excellent bank,which is beneficial to make a foundation of training the expert for winning the honor of excellent bank.This article takes YY company as an example,through the analysis and research of the practice ability for managers to win the honor of excellent bank,it builds a 4D competence model of managers to win the honor of excellent bank,improves managers’core ability from the following four aspects,standardization-project management thinking,acumen-user thinking,participation-overall thinking and extension-innovative thinking.It also provides theoretical foundation and empirical support to train the professional experts for wining the honor of model.Then,combined with the situation and analysis of the training for managers to win the honor of excellent bank of YY company,it closely focus on the 6D rule of training,through the following four modules of "selection","training","practicing" and"performance"to design a personnel training system of managers to win the honor of excellent bank.Verify the effectiveness of the training system according to the practical results of YY company.Lastly,it explores career development path of managers to win the honor of excellent bank so that more expert could be trained,and it also provides three planning suggestions of career development. |
