In 2020,the global economy was in mire after an outbreak of COVID-19 in many places around the world.Granted,Chinese economy stands out currently,most of enterprises are in front of rat race and grim survival challenge with still increasingly upward pressure.According to "talents is the primary productive force",a verified truth,selecting and striving hard for talents will be the best choice for enterprises to grab competitive advantages in today’s serious trend.Thus,solutions to effective and efficient functioning talents selection mechanism will be widely discussed in this study.Based on the supply chain sector of XT group,from the perspective of competency and campus recruitment management,talents recognition and selection are available to be addressed with practices in enterprises in this study.Brief description of competency,recruitment management and relevance theory is demonstrated in the first place.Secondly,cases of talents selection in current companies are displays based on present researches.Similarly,building universal competency model of business personnel of the supply chain sector in XT group based on skill,personality,knowledge and professional quality this four dimension and 27 competency factors.Finally,raising improvement measure of campus recruitment of business personnel of the supply chain sector in XT group based on competency model.In the main,this study offers talents selection mechanism based on competency model through present researches and case of companies,and does suggestions for application scenarios of competency model within recruitment practice.The research findings of this study may provide those corporations in same genre with references from perspective of recruitment management hopefully.
