The turnover of senior management is a common phenomenon in enterprises.As senior executives,the general manager and chairman of the board of directors are the decision-makers and executors of the company’s decisions.The turnover will have an impact on many aspects of the enterprise.Guiding employees to invest in dedicated human resources is an important part of the success of an enterprise.Based on the principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory and managerial myopia theory,this paper studies the relationship between employee friendliness and executive change,and verifies the interaction between the two.This article uses the individual scores of "employee responsibility" of listed companies in the Hexun.com corporate social responsibility evaluation system to reflect the company’s friendliness to employees.Taking listed companies from 2010 to 2017 as a sample,analyzes the relationship between the turnover of executives and the changes in employee responsibilities.The research found that the company’s senior management changes will significantly reduce the company’s employee friendliness in the year;the replacement of external executives has a significant negative impact on the safety and care of employees in employee friendliness,and internal successor executives have a significant impact on the company’s employee safety.Negative impact on employee safety and employee safety;abnormal senior management turnover has a significant inhibitory effect on employee care and employee safety,while normal executive turnover has no obvious impact on employee safety and employee care resources.In summary,this article finds that there is a significant correlation between executive change and employee friendliness.This article provides new empirical evidence for the relationship between corporate executive change and employee friendliness,and studies on employee responsibility and executive change A further supplement.
