Study On The Development Strategy Of Yanbian Prefecture For Logistics Channel To The North Korea

After 40 years of steady reform and development,China’ s economic development level has been significantly improved,and its economic status in the world continues to climb.However,the development of regional economy is still unbalanced,especially the economic development of border areas is relatively backward.Jilin province has become one of the 18 provinces involved in One Belt And One Road,the "Vision and Action to Promote the Joint Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission,the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Commerce in March 2015.Under the background of the national implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,Jilin province is an important window for opening to the north,and it is also making efforts to open the sea road to the east.Over the years,the construction of logistics channel between Yanbian prefecture and the North Korea has also made great progress,forming a multi-directional external logistics network such as expressway,railway and border port.This study will seriously summarize the development status of logistics channel to north Korea in yanbian state,comprehensively use SWOT-AHP analysis method and combine qualitative and quantitative research to put forward the development countermeasure of logistics channel between Yanbian prefecture and North Korea.Firstly,through the literature research method,this paper sorts out the current situation of Yanbian state’s economy and related research on logistics channels.Secondly,SWOT analysis is carried out on the logistics channel from Yanbian state to the North Korea.After understanding the internal and external environmental factors,AHP analytic hierarchy process is adopted to conduct quantitative analysis on the influencing factors.Finally,the four-quadrant coordinate analysis is used to draw a conclusion and put forward strategic countermeasures.The research draws the following conclusions and strategic Suggestions:by using AHP analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of factors affecting the logistics channel between Yanbian prefecture and the North Korea,the first-level index weight of the logistics channel between Yanbian prefecture and the North Korea is ranked as internal advantages,external opportunities,internal disadvantages and external threats.In the total weight of influencing factors of the second-level index,factors such as human environment,geographical environment,national policy,land-sea combined transport,willingness to cooperate with the North Korea,little existing material flow,international sanctions against the North Korea,and the will of local governments rank high.Based on the above research results,promoting the logistics channel can use pioneering strategic countermeasures on the North Korea,should be combined with its actual situation,make good use the internal advantage,grasp the external development opportunities,give full play to the cultural,geographical advantages,seize the national policy,actively integrate into the "One Belt And One Road" national initiative,drive the development of urban economy,which to become the main factor of economic development of Yanbian prefecture.
