The digital twin performs highly realistic simulation and analysis of equipment through models and data in a dynamic and real-time manner,and integrates the fragmented knowledge of the equipment system into the information system.This provides an effective means for the interaction between physical space and digital space.This paper carries out a series of work around the design and implementation of device digital twin system for industrial Internet.By constructing the device digital twin layer in the industrial Internet,the decoupling of the upper-layer applications and lower-layer devices is realized.Through the interaction and synchronization between digital twin and the device,the system can monitor the device in real time.By abstracting and describing the device,the pooling and management of the device resources are realized.The following results have been achieved:1.Design the architecture of the device digital twin system for the industrial Internet.The digital twin layer is constructed between the device layer and the resource virtualization layer.And taking the robotic arm as an example,the design method and practice scheme of the digital twin pose data model and control simulation model are described in detail to realize the access and abstraction of the manipulator device.2.The device resources are aggregated by the resource types to form the virtual resource pool,and the mapping problem between the order task and the device is solved by using the genetic algorithm to realize the scheduling and allocation of resources on demand.3.The verification system is established to realize the real-time monitoring and control simulation of the robotic arm,and the dispatch of enterprise production tasks and the scheduling of device resources are successfully carried out,which all verify the availability of the system.
