Design Of An Urban Stray Cat Service System Based On Symbiosis Theory Research

At present,the number of stray cats in China is large and growing year by year,and the basic survival conditions of this group cannot be guaranteed;at the same time,this group is closely related to the sustainable development of the urban ecosystem and the life of urban residents.However,there is still a lack of research and design to solve the problem of urban stray cats in China.In this context,this paper uses the symbiosis theory as a guide and applies the thinking and method of service design to explore a new model for solving the problem of urban stray cats.The research is divided into five main parts:(1)Sorting out the current status of research on symbiosis theory,service design and stray cat rescue,clarifying the purpose,significance and content of this study,proposing a rescue model with the harmonious symbiosis between residents and stray cats as the core,and indicating the direction for the subsequent research.(2)Provide an overview of symbiosis theory and service design,and analyze the application of symbiosis theory in the design,and propose the opportunity points for service design to intervene in urban stray cat rescue.(3)Through user interviews,questionnaires and user journey maps,the needs of users in the urban stray cat symbiosis service system are extracted,and the Kano model is used to prioritize user needs,and finally the urban stray cat symbiosis system is analyzed.(4)The symbiotic systems under the fields of biology and design are formed respectively,and the relationship between the symbiotic system and the service design system is explored in depth to construct a model of the symbiotic service system for urban stray cats under the guidance of symbiosis theory,plan the design process and propose the design method.(5)Taking the urban stray cat feeding symbiosis service system as an example,the service design method is applied to design it,then the digital and non-digital contacts in the system are selected for product design practice,and finally the feasibility of the design plan is evaluated by user measurement.This paper provides a new model for solving the urban stray cat problem.On the one hand,it supplements the lack of development of symbiosis theory in social service design and provides its own insights into the development of symbiosis theory and service design;on the other hand,it uses the service design method to integrate the resources of the symbiosis system of urban stray cats,realize the service innovation of the symbiosis system,build the symbiosis service system of urban stray cats,and provide a new model for effectively solving the problem of urban stray cat rescue.
