In order to accelerate the digital transformation of industrial zone,the traditional manufacturing industry will be integrated with the Internet of Things to upgrade the Industrial Internet,In the future,more traditional manufacturing companies will use Io T technology,The size of the Io T market will continue to grow.At present,most small and medium-sized traditional enterprises have a low level of industrial informationization,the worker need to copy down data manually according to the industrial screen of the device,the status of device in industrial environment is unknown to external,and how to realize the control and management of the equipment,It’s difficult to put industrial Internet of Things into actual production for these reasons.In order to resolve these issues,This paper builds an Io T message system based on MQTT protocol,the Io T devices conncet to message system for reporting proactively data and real-time status,it also provides data storage and Io T management platform to help managers control and manage device in real time.The main contents of this article is as follows:(1)This paper compares multiple industrial Internet protocols and considers the limited storage resources,limited ability to process data,and small network bandwidth characteristics of Io T devices.It design an Io T message system based on the MQTT protocol and implement message publish/subscribe function based on ACL control policy,these will solve the communication problem Between device and message system.(2)This article abstracts Io T device properties,functions,and services into TSL(Thing Specification Language)model concepts,and the message theme content is designed according to concept of the TSL model,it’s good for improving the efficiency of message forwarding,the data exchanged method based on JSON was used to reduce the wastage in the process of information transmission.(3)For large number of devices data storage problem,In this paper,a database cluster with read/write separation is designed based on TIDB,and it ensures that the device data storage can be persisted and stored reliably.(4)In this paper,a management platform was designed to help enterprise employee manage and control device,which has provide device management,user permissions management,platform logs and other functions.Finally,a test for function requirement and performance requirements has been validate on the system.The test results show that the system can complete the basic message push function of Io T device,and a management platform provided by the system enables system users to grasp the status of the device in real time.In performance,the system can support more than 200,000 device connections,and The message quality of service of 0 and 1 correspond to 120,000 and 60,000 message throughput,the average response time are less than 0.2s.At present,the system has been put into the production of the enterprise,and it has run stably and reached the expected goal,which has certain engineering value.
