With the development of information technology,more and more companies are choosing to develop a question answering system to help users of their application systems quickly resolve questions related to business and system usage,effectively reducing the cost of manual customer service and improving the user experience.In response to the low development efficiency,difficulty in extension,reuse,and integration of question answering systems for application systems,a framework for an intelligent question answering system for application systems has been researched and developed,the main content of which is as follows.Firstly,the research status of domestic and foreign question-answering systems and text semantic matching algorithms is described.The issues of the lack of dynamic application of different query algorithm advantages in question-answering systems and the absence of corresponding development frameworks are summarized.The research content of the intelligent question-answering system framework for application systems is elaborated,and key issues such as the adaptability and scalability of the framework,acquisition of application system business information,and dynamic calling of query algorithms are proposed..Secondly,a hierarchical model of an intelligent question answering system for application systems is constructed,with the design of a business data layer,a question-andanswer data control layer,and a retrieval and analysis layer.The interaction process between each layer is established,and the design ideas of key functional modules of each layer are given.A processing scheme is designed based on the basic data required for the question answering system generated by data in the application system,and a dynamic scheduling mechanism for various query algorithms based on monitoring conditions is proposed,along with the design ideas for the use of various query algorithms in this framework.The above design provides developers with an efficient and versatile framework,while also offering users of the system better quality service.Thirdly,based on the hierarchical model of the intelligent question answering system for application systems,the implementation architecture of the model is designed from a practical perspective.The key steps of each level of the intelligent question answering system and relevant algorithms used in the implementation process are described,various data structures in the question answering system are designed,the generation process of basic data and the dynamic call process of query algorithms are described,and the implementation methods of relevant query algorithms are given.Finally,the integration and application of the framework in the Wangtao Cross-border E-commerce System is realized,and the application effect of the automatic generation of question-and-answer data and the loading and calling of monitoring conditions are demonstrated through examples.The dynamic call process between built-in query algorithms in the system and the query results of each algorithm are tested and verified,demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the framework. |
