| Nowadays,In the era of Internet development,the short video industry led by Kwai Fu and Tiktok quickly entered the public’s vision.Since the epidemic in 2020,the streaming media platform represented by short video is at its peak.The traditional offline marketing of many industries has gradually shifted its focus to online marketing.Enterprises focusing on offline stores also strive to speed up the combination of short video platform marketing,so as to speed up the digital transformation of various industries in society.As online marketing and e-commerce applications are gradually recognized by the public.The network marketing model has gradually occupied the dominant position in the market.This paper first analyzes the development of the Street Dance industry where S Company is located,and summarizes the internal situation of the company and the status quo of short video marketing.Based on the existing literature conclusions and the actual situation of the enterprise.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the target customer groups based on the SICAS model to summarize the user perceived preferences of each dimension that caused the final purchase.This is used to determine the importance ranking of the missing strategies among dimensions.Then,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,the strategy formulation in five dimensions of SICAS is carried out.Determine the specific steps for enterprises to use short video platform to operate and promote their own business.Promote the purchase of short video platforms through the reasonable use of short video platform rules and the change of the company’s operating methods for short video platforms.The research in this paper is based on the SICAS model,which can solve the actual management problems faced by the enterprise.At the same time,it provides a corresponding comparison for the following research,so as to better use the emerging media platform to achieve their own marketing purposes.According to the quantitative results of this study and the objective operation mechanism of existing relevant Tiktok short videos,formulate corresponding marketing strategies and provide guarantees in all directions.Whether for the industry or short video marketing,it has directin of reference significance. |
