Blockchain plays an important role in innovation and industrial transformation,but it has problems such as high resource consumption and low throughput,which seriously affect the application of blockchain.As one of the mainstream technologies,sharding technology provides a feasible solution to the scalability problem of blockchain through parallel processing of transactions.In terms of application,the research on the integration of blockchain and edge computing has become an important topic in academia and industry.The trust model of edge computation exhibits a hybrid feature,which means some local nodes can trust each other but global nodes can not,and there is relatively little research on hybrid trust model.The existing work cannot well meet the needs of actual scenarios.This article conducts research on sharding technology and hybrid trust model in edge computation.The main work are as follows:(1)On the issue of blind voting and monopoly of rights among nodes in the delegated proof of stake(DPo S),based on the hybrid trust model,this paper proposes an improved scheme of DPo S,named RT-DPo S(Reputation-Trust based DPo S),which proposes a reputation mechanism to regulate the behavior of nodes and enhance their voting enthusiasm,and uses “local trust” to solve the problem of blind voting in DPo S.Also,a verifiable random function is introduced to optimize the block order of the agent nodes to enhance the resistance to corruption attacks.The results of the experiment show that RT-DPo S can effectively mitigate blind voting,ensure the reliability and decentralization of agent nodes,and enhance the security of the consensus process.(2)On the issue of the security of data in edge computation,based on the “End-Edge-Cloud”architecture,this paper proposes a two-layer sharding blockchain system,named HTChain.On shard establishment and reconfiguration,this paper proposes a two-stage sharding scheme based on reputation level,which not only avoids the system stopping service during reconfiguration,but also ensures the balance between shards in terms of reputation level distribution and total reputation scores.On cross-shard transaction processing issues,this paper proposes an optimistic verification strategy based on trust relationships,which reduces the confirmation time of “optimistic transactions”.On super quadratic sharding,this paper provides a collaborative storage solution based on local trust.The result of experiments has shown that the proposed sharding scheme can effectively reduce the workload of nodes while ensuring security.
