With the vigorous development of the Internet,e-commerce shopping has brought great changes to people’s consumption,and the resulting online shopping comments have become an important evaluation basis to reflect consumer satisfaction.However,consumer online shopping reviews,as an important market feedback,are rarely systematically and systematically used by furniture companies as a basis for evaluating consumer satisfaction.Furniture companies still use more methods such as telephone follow-up or household surveys for satisfaction evaluation.These traditional methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive,and the effective information collected is limited,making it difficult to obtain the latest consumer satisfaction opinions in a timely and effective manner.Therefore,the extraction and study of satisfaction features in text information of furniture online purchase reviews through text mining related methods and means can efficiently help furniture enterprises to refine consumer satisfaction concerns and optimize product design,thus helping enterprises to improve consumer satisfaction and build brand core competitiveness,which is of good practical significance to promote the development of furniture industry and enterprises in terms of consumer satisfaction.This topic conducts a study on consumer satisfaction of domestic solid wood bed furniture products through the method of online shopping comment text mining.Taking the online shopping review texts of 30 domestic solid wood bed products in the top 20 in terms of transaction scale of Tmall Mall and the top 10 in terms of reviews of flagship stores of Red Star Macalline Tmall as the research object,from the aspects of satisfaction text characteristics and satisfaction emotional tendency,TF-IDF algorithm,semantic network,machine learning,emotional value calculation and other methods are used to analyze consumer satisfaction and conduct dynamic interactive visual presentation,On this basis,the LDA topic model is used to extract and determine the weight of the comment text theme,and the dynamic interactive visualization of the comment text theme.Combining the ACSI and CCSI model frameworks,and referring to the characteristics of the furniture industry,the theoretical model of solid wood bed consumer satisfaction is constructed,and the validity of the model is verified by comparing the data validation of the consumer comment text of high and low sales brands.Finally,the demonstration optimization design and verification evaluation are carried out.The research results are as follows:(1)The online shopping comment text mining process applicable to the field of furniture solid wood beds is feasible.The text mining process applicable to this project includes four steps: text data collection,data preprocessing,text analysis,and result visualization.This project practices the above process,collecting a total of 151748 pieces of data with 5915509 words,and performing data preprocessing,text analysis,and result visualization to obtain satisfactory text features,emotional tendencies,and topic clustering analysis results,as well as visual presentation,This indicates that the above process is feasible.(2)The Snow NLP sentiment analysis model suitable for the field of furniture solid wood beds has high accuracy.The self built emotion review corpus in the field of furniture solid wood beds trained the Snow NLP emotion analysis model,and the accuracy of the trained model increased from 74.3% to 92.7%,effectively improving the emotion analysis ability of the Snow NLP emotion analysis model in the specific field of furniture solid wood beds.(3)The theoretical model of consumer satisfaction for solid wood beds has a guiding role.The model mainly includes four dimensions: perceived value,perceived service,customer loyalty,and perceived quality.There are 12 primary indicators: appearance,customer service,packaging,logistics,installation,recommendation willingness,repurchase intention,environmental protection,work structure,economy,function,materials,as well as 27 secondary indicators and several feature words.By comparing the LDA model results with the consumer review text data of high and low sales solid wood bed brands,it was found that high sales solid wood bed brands are more in line with the theoretical model of solid wood bed consumer satisfaction in terms of dimensions and indicators,while low sales brands have some deficiencies in dimensions and indicators,and there are many negative feature words in the themes involved,indicating that the theoretical model of solid wood bed consumer satisfaction has practicality and guidance.Subsequently,the product with the lowest overall satisfaction among 30 products was selected for demonstration optimization design,and consumer evaluation was conducted to verify that the design deduction method based on the theoretical model of solid wood bed consumer satisfaction can effectively guide the development and design of solid wood bed products,and can form competitive product solutions.This topic reveals the implicit consumer satisfaction information in the field of solid wood beds in the review text,providing a new research perspective and scientific analysis method for the furniture e-commerce field,and has certain practical value for consumer satisfaction research in the field.
