Objective:At present,the domestic and foreign markets are in a rapidly changing environment,and the rapid change of technology has led to more fierce competition among enterprises,which has been the challenge and opportunity for enterprises to survive and develop.If we want to enable enterprises to achieve better development,then we must start with technology,so that enterprises can gain advantages in the competition.As the starting point of technological innovation activities,technology opportunity identification can obtain potential technological opportunities and indicate the direction of enterprise innovation through the excavation and integration of technical knowledge.The ability to identify technological opportunities accurately is the key step for enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities,obtain development opportunities and good living environment.Methods:This paper proposes a technology opportunity identification method based on the fusion of multi-source scientific research data.By analyzing the characteristics of data related to technology opportunity identification,natural language processing technology was selected to solve the problem of data fusion in technology opportunity identification.By extracting the Subject-Action-Object(SAO)structure,a multisource scientific research data fusion model was constructed,and the fused data format was determined.According to the characteristics of the fused data format,the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic model was selected as the topic identification method to identify the topics in the research field and divide the topic dimensions.After the topic dimensions were determined,the co-occurrence analysis was conducted on the technology dimension and the efficacy dimension,and the technology opportunity identification study was carried out in the empirical field to analyze the research hotspots,breakthroughs and gaps.Results:The research results showed that:This study optimized the main aspects of the technology opportunity identification method from the perspective of multi-source scientific research data fusion,including data fusion research,topic identification research and visualization research.Finally,a field technology opportunity identification method based on multi-source scientific research data fusion was constructed,and an empirical study was carried out in the field of antidepressants.This method can solve the problem of multi-source scientific research data involved in technology opportunity identification,make effective use of multi-source scientific research data,and provide certain support for the decision-making activities of technology research and development in the target field.Conclusion:This study constructed a field technology opportunity identification method based on multi-source scientific research data fusion,and took the field of antidepressants as the empirical object to verify the effectiveness of this method.Through the research on technology opportunity identification in the field of antidepressants,11 research hotspots,2 research breakthroughs and 7 research gaps were identified. |
