| Multiple Input Multiple Output technology has many advantages,such as multiple channel capacity,high-speed data transmission rate,and more accurate data transmission rate by suppressing multipath effect,which has attracted the attention of a large number of researchers.As smart devices become more and more miniaturized,MIMO antennas must also reduce their size to meet the requirements.The reduction of size will inevitably lead to the increase of antenna coupling degree,thus affecting the radiation effect of the antenna.Therefore,the decoupling of MIMO antennas is a key problem.Thesis,three miniaturized MIMO antennas are studied and designed,and decoupling design is carried out for all of them.Details are as follows:First,the decoupling problem of 5G antenna is studied.A miniaturized 5G dual-band MIMO antenna with high isolation is designed,the size of which is 24mm×48mm×0.8mm.The working frequency band is 3.4-3.6GHz for low frequency part and 4.8-5.0GHz for high frequency part.The isolation degree is higher than 22 d B and 18 d B respectively.Antenna with a "凵" side and a "L" shape side,the low frequency and high frequency resonance is implemented,by digging the "ten" glyph slot on the ground won a high degree of isolation,antenna parameters results show that the antenna can be used in 5G communication.Second,the design and decoupling of UWB are studied.A four-unit ultra-wideband MIMO antenna with a notch structure is designed.The antenna size is46mm×46mm×1.6mm,and the working frequency band is 3-12 GHz,in which 5-5.9GHz is the notch band,and the antenna’s isolation in the whole band is higher than 15 d B.The antenna radiation is circular structure,dig down on circular radiating patch "凵" shape notch groove implementation.The four antenna units are placed orthogonally and a diagonal parasitic branch is added on the floor to realize antenna decoupling.The results of antenna parameters show that the antenna has good performance and it can be used in UWB communication.Thirdly,the decoupling of WLAN frequency band is studied.A two-port dual-band MIMO antenna with high isolation is designed,the size of which is 26mm×46mm×0.8mm.The working frequency band is 2.4-2.5GHz and 5.1-5.4GHz,and the isolation degree is higher than 18 d B.It covers 2.4-2.484 GHz and 5.15-5.35 GHz of WLAN frequency band.The antenna achieves resonance of 5.1-5.4GHz through an inverted "L" shaped branch,achieves resonance of 2.4-2.5GHz frequency band and decoupling of 5.1-5.4GHz frequency band through a lying "T" shaped branch,and achieves decoupling of 2.4-2.5GHz by adding a parasitic unit on the front of the antenna.The results of antenna parameters show that the antenna can be well used in WLAN frequency communication. |
