With the development of the times, the significance of museums for the inheritance of historical and cultural heritage has received increasing attention.Currently, museums have become an important symbol of a country and a nation. In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, traditional museums have gradually transformed into smart museums, and the development of smart museums has become a historical trend. However, through reviewing relevant research at home and abroad, the author finds that currently, the construction of smart museums is mostly elaborated from a single aspect, and rarely studied from the perspective of users. Therefore, this article explores the influencing factors of user acceptance intention of smart museums from the user side, providing strategies and suggestions for the construction of smart museums.Firstly, review relevant domestic and foreign literature to clarify the concept of smart museums;Based on existing research on user acceptance intentions, the research theory in this article is determined.Based on the integrated technology acceptance model,it is proposed that performance expectations, effort expectations, community impact, and convenience conditions positively affect user acceptance willingness;According to the theory of use and satisfaction, self worth identification and information quality positively affect users’ willingness to accept;Combining user perception factors,it is proposed that perceived risk and perceived cost will negatively affect user acceptance willingness, and then a conditional variable model of influencing factors of user acceptance willingness for smart museums is constructed.Distribute questionnaires to smart museum users, conduct structural equation model(SEM)analysis on the collected data, validate and analyze research assumptions and models, and conduct validity testing. Finally,it is determined that the influencing factors affecting smart museum users’ willingness to accept are performance expectations, effort expectations, self value identification, information quality, perceived risk, and perceived cost.At the same time, this study further uses the fs QCA method to conduct a configuration path analysis on the questionnaire data.By performing a combination path analysis on the antecedents that affect the acceptance intention of smart museum users,it explores the three conditional variable combination paths that affect the acceptance intention of smart museum users, thereby exploring the impact of the combination of influencing factors on the acceptance intention of smart museum users,Promote the research on the deeper impact mechanism of acceptance intention of smart museum users. Finally, based on empirical conclusions, this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of smart museums based on relevant influencing factors and three configuration paths. This study theoretically summarizes the development status of smart museums through the induction and analysis of a large number of documents.Through the application of the Integrated Technology Acceptance Model(UTAUT),the Use and Satisfaction Theory, and the Rational Behavior Theory,it constructs a factor model for influencing the acceptance intention of smart museum users, which enriches the relevant theoretical research of smart museums.Conduct empirical analysis on hypothetical models to determine the influencing factors, and provide certain reference and guidance for the construction and development of intelligent museums.
