| With the acceleration of the new crown epidemic,the support of information and communication technology,and the promotion of the triple force of the new generation of employees,China’s long-range office scale has developed rapidly since 2020.The formal or informal elastic work system is widely used in major enterprises.When the way of telecommuting work is in full swing,the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the uncertainty of the organizational environment have put forward stricter work requirements for employees’ learning ability and information instant processing and processing capabilities.Intelligent exchanges play an important role in promoting communication,enhancement of performance,and promoting innovation.Strengthening employees’ knowledge and obtaining behaviors can promote internal knowledge exchanges of the enterprise and meet the needs of the times.The change of employees ’personal work method will probably affect the personal work behavior of employees,that is,the impact of employees’ telecommuting will have an impact on knowledge sourcing knowledge.There are few empirical studies on long-range office or knowledge.Based on the theory of social embedding,the individual’s economic behavior will be affected by the social environment embedded by the individual,including the dimensions of cognitive embedding,structure embedding,and cultural embedding.As a subjective relationship,a psychological distance can be used as a certain economic behavior in the social environment,or it can also be used as a cognitive,structure,and cultural factors that can affect a certain behavior.Therefore,this article speculates that the psychological distance may be both a relationship perception in a long-range office environment,or it may be the cognition,structure,and cultural factors that affect the behavior of knowledge sourcing.Psychological distance may be an effective path for long-range office affecting knowledge.In the same way,the power distance in China will affect these variables.From this,this article concludes the research issues of knowledge obtained by the intensity of employees’ telecommuting at a psychological distance.In order to verify the research hypothesis,this article uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct an empirical inspection of the theoretical models constructed,and conduct an empirical analysis of the collected 504 valid questionnaires through SPSS22.0 and Amos24 tools.The analysis results show that employees’ long-range office strength has a positive impact on knowledge sourcing behavior;telecommuting can indirect effects on the behavior of knowledge sourcing through psychological distance,and there is a significant intermediary effect between the two;the power distance can be negatively negative The relationship between the intensity of telecommuting intensity on psychological distance and knowledge of knowledge.As a result,this article finally summarizes the three major management inspirations to break the psychological obstacles of telecommuting,improve organizational knowledge reuse platforms,and create a benign working atmosphere.This article has expanded the influencing factors of social embedded theory in organizational learning and knowledge management,which further enriched the research and work behavior of employee work and work behavior in my country’s organizational cultural situation.Substantive suggestions. |
