In recent years,with the rapid development of basic disciplines such as pulse power technology and power electronics technology and the rapid development of semiconductor technology,high performance mega ampere pulse power supply has been widely used in testing,industry,military and other fields and has produced huge economic benefits.The extremely high performance index brings great challenges to the development of high power pulse energy testing equipment.The development of high precision and good controllability pulse power supply is a difficult measure to solve the rapid testing of high power transient and large current electrical performance index,which is of great significance to the testing,evaluation and upgrading of high power pulse energy equipment.In this paper,a mega Amperity-level full bridge pulse current source based on non-inductive coil is designed for the needs of mega Amperity-level controllable pulse current source.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Aiming at the overall design of pulse current source,the pulse power technology,pulse generation mode and energy storage mode of pulse current source are analyzed and studied,the theoretical basis for the design of pulse current source is obtained,and the overall design scheme of capacitor energy storage and power pulse generation through power inverter circuit is proposed.The inverter circuit and power supply modulation based on semiconductor switch are studied.Finally,based on the principle of equivalent ampere-turns balance and electromagnetic induction,it is proposed that the method of single-turn small current surround is equivalent to the magnetic field effect of single turn large current,that is,the method of non-inductive coil to achieve mega ampere-level large current.2)Aiming at the characteristics of pulse generator with fast pulse rise time and large bandwidth,the pulse generator based on the third generation power semiconductor Si C MOSFET is selected.Through the selection of key components and the design of hardware board,The hardware and software platform of pulse current source composed of charging circuit,full-bridge inverter circuit,driving circuit and control module is designed and implemented.3)In view of the difficult generation of Megaampere level and the safety problems of pulse power supply,through theoretical analysis and research,the design scheme of non-inductive coil based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,magnetic flux balance and equivalent ampere-turns method is proposed,the design theory of non-inductive coil is described,and the inductance of coils of different shapes is analyzed and verified in electromagnetic simulation software.PCB non-inductive coil was designed by analyzing the skin effect of conductor.The actual measurement results of non-inductive coil show that the inductance of coil is 268.439μH at 10 k HZ,which can achieve the purpose of significantly reducing the inductance of pulse loop,and the magnetic field effect of pulsed large current can be realized by this method.4)In order to verify the feasibility of the pulse current source in this paper,the experimental platform of the pulse current source system was built for experimental verification and the experimental method was designed.The experimental results showed that the peak power of1097485.714 A,the pulse rise time of 90 ns,the bandwidth of 3.89 MHz and the minimum pulse width of 1μs could realize the adjustable pulse width.In the practical calibration experiment of pulse high current sensor coil,the sensitivity of pulse high current sensor coil with A range of100000 A was successfully completed.The calibration of full scale 5000 A coil with linearity0.11053% and maximum error 5.526724516 m V was completed.The experimental results verified the feasibility of pulse current source and realized the calibration of large current pulse measuring instrument and Roche coil.
