Microwave power transmission(MPT)system is an innovative system for longdistance wireless power transfer technology which is widely used in modern power transmission systems.In general,the MPT system is composed of multiple subsystems,and the total power transmission efficiency of the system is equal to the product of the energy transmission efficiency among the subsystems in it.Among the power transmission efficiency of the subsystems,the beam collection efficiency(BCE)is one of the most important power transmission efficiency of the system.In order to build an efficient and stable MPT system,this paper takes BCE as the optimization goal of the algorithm to optimize the transmitting array of the MPT system.In general,the contributions of this paper mainly include the following two aspects:(1)A sparse nonuniform amplitude nonuniform distribution planar array(SNANDPA)model is proposed,and the optimal synthesis of the proposed model is realized by the dual compression factor particle swarm optimization(DCFPSO).In the optimization process,this paper takes the maximum generalized eigenvalue of SNANDPA as the fitness value of the optimization algorithm,realizes the synchronous optimization of array element position and array element excitation,and greatly improves the BCE of the array.In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the new model when applied to MPT system,a large number of simulation experiments are carried out on the new model,and the new model is compared with the other two transmitting array models.Experiments show that under the array parameters set in this paper,the BCE of the array in the new model is 97.22%,which is 6.16% higher than that of the UANDPA model.The CSL of the array in the new model is-18.22 d B,which is 2.84 d B lower than that of the UANDPA model.In addition,this paper evaluates the performance of DCFPSO algorithm through comparative experiments,and finally finds that DCFPSO algorithm has higher search accuracy and faster convergence speed in the optimization process.(2)A subarrayed sparse nonuniform amplitude nonuniform distribution planar array(SSNANDPA)model is proposed,and the optimal synthesis of the model is realized by the modified tabu search(MTS)algorithm.In the optimization process,the quasi-Gaussian excitation distribution in the array is transformed into a stepped excitation distribution by subarray division of SSNANDPA,which effectively reduces the implementation cost of the array.In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the new model when applied to MPT system,a large number of simulation experiments are carried out on the new model,and the new model is compared with the other three transmitting array models.Experiments show that the new model has a beam collection efficiency of 95.13% when the array feed network needs only 8 amplifiers,which is only 2.09% lower than the SNANDPA model,but saves 87.5% amplifiers.In addition,this paper evaluates the performance of MTS algorithm through comparative experiments,and finally finds that MTS algorithm has higher search accuracy and faster convergence speed in the optimization process.
